four tests (and forty dollars) later

... we finally caught our breaths, stopped giggling (me), picked our jaws up off the floor (J.) and realized that 4 pink lines and 2 + signs don't lie.

Come April 27th (or thereabout) our family, as we know it, will be forever changed.
