As this is something I have been battling the last week or so, I have recieved lots of advice on how to quell morning sickness. Some advice was helpful, some not so much. While sucking on lemons doesn't sound that appealing, drinking lots of water seems a little more reasonable.
So, simple as it may sound, that's my WFMW tip- To help ease the morning sickness drink lots of water. And I do mean lots. The nurse at my ob suggested a gallon a day! While the thought of the extra 1,000 trips to the ladies rooms makes me want to cry, I dread the yacking more.
It has worked for me- so far!
