Teething Tips Needed!!

Any mothers out there have some tips and advice on how to get through teething? Jaron is currently cutting 4 teeth at once! I hate seeing him in so much pain, it breaks my heart!

(And the crying and constant neediness is wearing on me too!)

Any pointers?
